Job summary

Romulus Athletic Center seeks a Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee all F&B operations within the venue, including the restaurant, concessions and events. Lead a fast-paced team, ensure quality, safety and guest satisfaction, and partner with the GM to uphold standards.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in F&B leadership, strong communication skills, and a proven track record training hourly staff. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and events is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of food & beverage leadership experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage high-volume concessions/food & beverage operations.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Directly align with the SFM Statement and Core Values.
• Supervise daily F&B production, prep, and presentation for restaurant, concessions, and events to ensure quality.
• Train and supervise all F&B team members.
• Open, supervise, operate, and close food operation locations across the venue.
• Monitor quality control and manage inventory counts and orders.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and health practices to achieve inspection standards.
