Job summary

Romulus Athletic Center is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee all F&B operations within the Romulus, MI facility. You will manage restaurant, concessions, and events to deliver excellent guest experiences and uphold venue standards.

The ideal candidate has proven leadership in high-volume settings, strong communication, and a focus on food safety and team development. This full-time role requires flexibility including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of food & beverage leadership experience.
• Excellent communication, verbal and written.
• Strong leadership and numerical skills.
• Detail-oriented with superb organizational abilities.
• Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Directly align with the SFM Statement and Core Values
• Manage daily production, preparation & presentation of all food for restaurant, concessions, and events to ensure quality
• Assist in training, mentoring, and supervising all food & beverage team members
• Open, supervise, operate, and close food operation locations throughout the venue
• Monitor quality control constantly
• Manage weekly and monthly inventory counting
• Manage with weekly inventory orders
• Ensure highest levels of food safety & sanitation
• Communicate kitchen equipment repair needs in a timely manner
• Maintain Health and Safety practices for an A score
• Record information about inventory and health practices
• Handle customer complaints and suggestions
• Manage the food & beverage aspects during events
• Utilize supplies efficiently during events
• Train, develop, and hold hourly staff accountable
• Assist with catering orders: supply, prep, setup, service, breakdown
• Complete special projects and daily assignments
