F&B Supervisor Wage: Starting at $20/hour
Looking for someone to work full-time and for second shift
As a F&B Supervisor, you would be responsible for assisting the Food and Beverage Manager with front-of-house operations while following Suburban Inns’ Core Values, brand standards, and local health department standards.

Essential Functions:
- Report to work in professional, neat, and clean attire
- Greet guests warmly, make personal connections, conduct table touches for dine-in and to-go orders
- Assist with hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating staff; supervise on shift and enforce policies
- Manage POS system tasks, including training, reporting, and menu updates
- Ensure safety, sanitation, energy management, and maintenance standards are met
- Staff restaurant and banquet functions according to schedules
- Monitor labor, assist with payroll, tip sharing, and control expenses
- Coordinate with Sales on F&B events, setup, service, and breakdown
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements, including alcohol service laws
- Inspect service areas and equipment regularly for standards compliance
- Assist with purchasing and inventory management
- Maintain knowledge of menu and service standards
- Address guest complaints professionally and inform management
- Maintain attendance records and perform other duties as assigned
Position Requirements:
- Ability to interpret information, perform arithmetic, and use Microsoft Office and internet
- Knowledge of restaurant POS systems preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred; minimum two years related experience
- Certifications: ServSafe and TIPS required
Uniform and Appearance Guidelines:
- Uniform and name tag provided; non-slip shoes required
- Well-groomed appearance, tattoos and piercings must comply with policies and be approved
