Job summary

Olympia Hospitality and the Sophy Hotel is seeking an F&B Supervisor to deliver exceptional service and lead dining operations with a smile. You will guide and supervise the team to ensure guests have an outstanding experience.

This role offers a pay range of $24.00-$27.00 per hour, opportunities for growth, and a comprehensive benefits package including health coverage, a 401K, paid time off, and more to support your well-being.

Qualifications

• Server experience with supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.

Skills Required:

Leadership, problem-solving, and basic computer skills; ability to share knowledge and teach others to perform tasks, high level customer service, effective communication with guests and team members, able to follow instructions, learn quickly, pay attention to detail, and maintain composure when working under pressure

Experience / Education:

Server experience, supervisory experience preferred; must be of legal age to serve alcohol; high school diploma and/or equivalent work experience
