Job summary

Olympia Hospitality in Chicago, IL, seeks an F&B Supervisor for the Sophy Hotel. You will supervise dining team members, ensure smooth service, and uphold safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role centers on delivering outstanding guest experiences, leading with a friendly approach, and driving guest satisfaction that builds loyalty within our community.

Qualifications

• Server experience preferred, supervisory experience is a plus.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.

The F&B Supervisor safely and efficiently provides excellent customer service with a smile! Pay range $24.00-$27.00 per hour

Skills Required

Leadership, problem-solving, and basic computer skills; ability to share knowledge and teach others to perform tasks, high level customer service, effective communication with guests and team members, able to follow instructions, learn quickly, pay attention to detail, and maintain composure when working under pressure

Experience / Education

Server experience, supervisory experience preferred; must be of legal age to serve alcohol; high school diploma and/or equivalent work experience
