Job summary

Lake Austin Spa Resort in Texas is seeking a Restaurant and Service Supervisor to oversee daily operations of the restaurant and service teams and ensure outstanding guest experiences.

You will train, schedule, and support front-of-house staff, manage inventory, assist in menu planning with kitchen, handle guest concerns, and help organize events.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in food and beverage operations (restaurant, hotel, or resort preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations (e.g., HACCP).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic Microsoft Office applications.
