Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor servers and busperson adherence to service standards.
• Supervise service of guests and respond to guest needs.
• Assist manager with sidework duty completion and daily tasks.
• Maintain bank to HEI Hotels and Resorts standards.
• Coordinate with restaurant manager on events and house counts.
