Job summary

Noble House Hotels & Resorts invites you to join the Napa Valley Wine Train as an F&B Server/Steward. You will be part of our premium guest service team, delivering exceptional hospitality aboard the historic train and its iconic excursions.

We value energy, teamwork and a warm, guest-focused approach. Shifts include 8:00 AM–4:00 PM and 3:00 PM–10:00 PM, with gratuity and employee discounts on experiences. Prior dining room work is welcome but not required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Availability for consistent day/evening/weekend shifts.
• Minimum 1 year restaurant/server experience preferred.
• Wine knowledge and familiarity with Napa Valley history strongly preferred.
• Ability to multitask, think critically, and actively listen.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Comfortable working on a moving train.
• Positive, adaptable, and hardworking attitude.
• Ability to speak and understand English.

As a F&B Server Server/Steward, you’ll be part of this legacy while helping create unforgettable guest experiences during all Wine Train experiences.

A Day in the Life:

As a F&B Server you will bring magic and excellence to all of our wine train experiences.You’ll be part of our premium guest service team, delivering outstanding hospitality aboard our historic train our iconic excursions.

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring pride, professionalism, and positive energy to every shift. This position requires high energy, excellent rapport with children & adults, strong composure in fast-paced situations, attention to detail, teamwork, adaptability, and a welcoming smile. Previous restaurant or serving experience is helpful but not required—we’re happy to train observant, personable, and hardworking individuals who are passionate about creating memorable guest experiences.

Server Scheduling Requirements

All servers must be available to work both of the following shifts, with no exceptions:

• Morning shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Evening shift: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Availability for both shifts is mandatory for all servers.

Salary: $16.90-$28.00 (with Gratuity)
