Job summary

PGA Golf Properties Inc. is seeking a Server Assistant to help maintain an organized dining room and guest flow at PGA Golf Club in Port Saint Lucie, FL. You will assist dining staff, run food, stock stations, and ensure a clean, welcoming environment for all guests.

Applicants should be comfortable with iPad POS, able to read and follow instructions, and enjoy working in a team-oriented, flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Less than high school education or equivalent training.
• Up to one month related experience.
• Able to read and write simple sentences and perform basic arithmetic.
• Familiar with the iPad POS system for seating guests.

Responsibilities

• Assist Ala Carte Service staff and banquet events throughout the dining experience.
• Provide quality customer service and anticipate guest needs.
• Assist servers with running food, pre-bussing, water service, table maintenance and coffee service.
• Set up, break down, and clean dining room tables and chairs; maintain sanitary environment.
• Seat guests and manage seating charts according to the venue’s guidelines.
• Attend pre-shift meetings and follow a daily task checklist.
