Job summary

Le Meridien Sheraton Charlotte Hotel in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Outlets Supervisor to oversee restaurant operations and staff across the hotel’s outlets, including the dining rooms, bars, and in-room dining. The role concentrates on guest service excellence and team leadership within a StepStone managed hotel.

Pay is $22 per hour with a rotating schedule from 6 AM–4 PM and 4 PM–2 AM. The supervisor will adjust schedules based on business volumes and may work across multiple F&B outlets to

Qualifications

• Open availability to work varying shifts.
• Proficient in English for guest and staff communication.
• Ability to design and prepare statistical reports.
• Ability to accurately report information.
• Assist with all functions of F&B department to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Ability to assist with various accounting and office tasks as needed.
• Scrupulously follow all StepStone and hotel policies and procedures.
• Attend required meetings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain standards of food, beverage, and quality guest service.
• Establish and maintain a proactive human resources function to ensure associate motivation, training, coaching, and development.
• Manage in compliance with established labor, wage, hour and StepStone-related regulations and policies.
• Contribute to the profitability and guest satisfaction perception of other hotel departments.
• Increase level of guest satisfaction by delivery of an exceptional product through employee development.
• Maintain and correct procedures for credit control, financial transactions, security of financial assets, and inventory control.
• Respond and resolve guest requests, complaints, or questions in a courteous and timely manner.
• Ability to accurately use various office and accounting software.
