Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in food & beverage management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day F&B outlet operations and ensure standards of product presentation and service.
• Supervise staff within the outlet to maintain quality and service levels.
• Ensure F&B areas comply with company standards and all regulations.
• Develop and manage adherence to departmental policies and procedures.
• Aim to maximize revenues while controlling costs for the outlet.
• Respond to guest inquiries and coordinate special requests for F&B outlets.
• Monitor inventory and purchasing, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Handle administrative duties such as inventory control, payroll, and personnel procedures.
• May work at casino and/or hotel F&B workstations as needed.
• Provide excellent guest service to guests and internal clients.
