As an F&B Operations Manager, you are responsible for delivering superior Food and Beverage Service and maximizing customer service. This position reports to the Director of F&B and Culinary Experience.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Coordinating daily bar and restaurant management operations.
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to bar and restaurant customers.
  • Delegate responsibilities and supervise business operations.
  • Hiring, training, motivating, and coaching employees as they provide attentive, efficient service to customers, assessing employee performance, and providing helpful feedback and training opportunities.
  • Resolving conflicts or complaints from customers and colleagues.
  • Monitoring store inventory activity and ensuring proper provisions.
  • Manage procurement/purchasing and vendor relations.
  • Provide effective and efficient processes and strategies to evolve revenues and controls on expenses (generate and manage cost reports).
  • Establish and achieve business and profit objectives - Financial responsibility of bars.
  • Ensure staff members follow company policies and procedures.
  • Operating equipment responsibility.
  • Other duties to ensure the overall health and success of the business.

Qualifications

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in management or related field.
  • Fluent in English and other languages preferred.
  • Proven Leadership skills.
  • Proven Food and Beverage management experience.
  • Up to date with Food & Beverage trends and best practices.
  • Communication, leadership skills, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional service to customers and support to staff members.
  • Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
  • Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently, conflict resolution.
  • Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets.
  • Guest-oriented and service-minded.
  • Marketing base knowledge.
