Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing day-to-day F&B operations across all outlets.
• Direct and coordinate activities of F&B departments to ensure quality standards.
• Prepare annual staff performance reviews and support training.
• Assist in payroll management and cost controls.
• Collaborate with management to maximize revenue and optimize menus.
