Job summary

The St. Joe Company is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to lead restaurant operations within its club and resort properties in Florida.

You will ensure the highest quality of food and beverage, handle guest concerns, and develop policies and procedures to maintain standards. Responsibilities include hiring and supervising staff, ensuring safety compliance, managing inventories and POS operations, coordinating events with culinary teams, and training team members to uphold St.

Qualifications

• Four years’ experience in a management food & beverage position preferred.
• Proven food and beverage management experience.
• ServSafe Certifications (may obtain after employment).
• Knowledge, skills and abilities for high standards in service and safety.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily food & beverage operations and staffing.
• Handle customer complaints and maintain guest satisfaction.
• Lead training, onboarding and performance coaching for staff.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and end-of-month processes.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol regulations.
• Coordinate events with culinary team and coordinate with management.
