Job summary

The St. Joe Company is seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to supervise, train, and ensure a 4‑star, 4‑diamond level of service for guests across all food and beverage operations. You will assist the F&B Manager and work within Camp Creek Resort style properties.

You will lead a team, monitor guest satisfaction, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with safety and brand standards while maintaining budget considerations.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ supervisory F&B experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak, understand and communicate in basic English.
• Proficiency with MS Office and restaurant management software.
• ServSafe Certification (may obtain after employment).
• CPR and First Aid Certification (may obtain after employment).

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive guest relations and resolve complaints.
• Educate associates on greetings and upselling to increase profits.
• Ensure staff understands hotel services and menu details.
• Train and supervise staff to meet 4‑star/4‑diamond standards.
• Monitor labor costs and schedules to optimize service and costs.
• Oversee prep, setup, and cleanliness of dining areas and equipment.
