Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Task Force Director of Food & Beverage to oversee daily operations and staff across full-service properties. You will partner with the GM to drive financial performance, upskill teams, and maintain high quality across departments, while delivering a guest-focused experience.

The role demands strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and excellent communication to coordinate multiple hotels and events in a remote-capable environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management, Human Resources, or a relevant field of work, or an equivalent combination of education and work related experience.
• 5 to 7 years progressive work-related experience in restaurant, bar and banquet operations.
• Task force experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend weekly Executive Committee & Department Head meetings.
• Communicate all banquet and event activity property-wide.
• Ensure staff adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Oversee hiring processes and training programs of F&B personnel.
• Monitor and address cost controls for F&B and labor.
