Murrieta Hot Springs Resort in Murrieta, CA is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to lead beverage operations across outlets including Talia Kitchen, Guenther’s Lounge, and Brew 1902. You will shape beverage programs, manage costs, train staff, and partner with Marketing on campaigns to elevate guest experiences.

The role requires strong leadership, 5+ years in F&B, and the ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Food & Beverage leadership.
• Strong cocktail and spirits knowledge.
• Wine knowledge preferred.
• Inventory and purchasing experience.
• Menu costing experience.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Social media content creation experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Required to work a flexible schedule— including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of seasonal cocktail menus and wellness-inspired beverages.
• Coach Bartenders and FOH teams; support managers during service.
• Manage beverage inventory, weekly orders, and vendor relationships; monitor costs.
• Own F&B social content; coordinate photography/videos and campaigns.
• Assist with banquets and resort events; provide leadership during peak periods.
• Monitor beverage costs and profitability; assist with forecasting and budgeting.
