Job summary

Indian Spring Country Club in Boynton Beach, FL, part of Concert Golf Partners, seeks a Food & Beverage Manager to oversee dining, events, and pool service. The role combines hands-on daily operations with leadership of staff to meet presentation and service standards.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in a high-volume upscale F&B operation, with banquet and restaurant experience. Training will be provided as needed and relocation is possible within the Concert Golf Clubs network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a restaurant, hotel, or related field.
• Proven track record in assisting banquet functions and events.
• Food safety and alcohol beverage certification.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol.
• Ability to hire, train, and discipline staff.
• Knowledge of kitchen and banquet equipment and health/laws.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, guests, and staff warmly.
• Maintain high personal appearance standards and proper uniform.
• Assist with hiring qualified staff.
• Ensure compliance with Club policies and safety regulations.
• Attend weekly management meetings and coordinate staffing for events.
• Supervise member events/banquets and ensure client satisfaction.
• Oversee set-up of rooms per event orders and club standards.
• Ensure proper service during functions and effective communication with kitchen and staff.
• Train and supervise staff and monitor performance during events.
• Manage daily restaurant, snack bar, and pool service operations.
