Job summary

The Dellshire Resort, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, seeks a Food & Beverage Manager to oversee daily off-site restaurant Dawn Manor operations in Wisconsin. You will lead service, coach staff, and partner with culinary teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences while managing standards and costs.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of leadership in high-volume dining, strong guest-service orientation, and hands-on expertise with POS systems and reporting.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of restaurant leadership in hospitality or resort settings.
• Strong leadership, team development, and guest service skills.
• Experience managing high-volume dining environments.
• Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operational reporting.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations including service, staffing, and guest experience.
• Supervise front-of-house team members.
• Create and manage team schedules based on business levels.
• Ensure service standards, cleanliness, and hospitality expectations.
• Respond promptly to guest concerns and feedback.
• Train, coach, and develop team members to support service excellence.
• Monitor labor costs and assist with budgets.
• Coordinate with culinary team for smooth front and back of house.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, health standards.
• Assist with inventory, ordering, and cost control.
• Support events and high-volume service periods.
• Assist with pre-opening preparation and readiness.
