Job summary

Tandem Hospitality Group is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager for Hotel Longmont. This role oversees restaurant operations, ensuring superb guest service, safety, and cleanliness, while maintaining high standards and a positive culture.

The manager will lead a team, assist the kitchen as needed, and ensure that every dish and service moment meets specifications. You will manage cash, liquor, and entry points, open/close shifts, and support special events as required.

Qualifications

• Three years of prior leadership experience in the food and beverage industry preferred.
• Knowledge of proper food handling.
• Experience working with computers (MS Office/Google), POS systems, and reservations software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of employees including hiring, development, scheduling and training; ensure a positive working environment.
• Provide high-level service in all operations and create a memorable dining experience for guests.
