Job summary

Sonesta International Hotels is seeking a seasoned Food & Beverage Manager to lead daily operations across our restaurants, bars, banquets, catering, and dining outlets. You’ll drive guest satisfaction, optimize costs, and coach a diverse team in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

You will partner with Culinary, Banquets, and hotel leadership to ensure service excellence, menu innovation, and seamless event execution, while upholding Sonesta’s People People philosophy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Food & Beverage Management, or related field preferred.
• Strong leadership and team development skills with the ability to motivate hospitality teams.
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to analyze operational performance, guest feedback and financial metrics to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Food & Beverage operations across hotel restaurants, bars, lounges, room service, banquets, catering, and events.
• Supervise, train, coach, schedule and develop F&B team members to deliver guest service and performance.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, beverage service, cleanliness, presentation and guest satisfaction.
• Partner with Culinary, Banquets, Stewarding and hotel leadership to support seamless operations.
• Monitor performance, labor costs, food & beverage costs, inventory, and efficiency metrics.
• Support revenue growth through upselling, menu strategies and event execution.
