Location: The Knickerbocker, a historic luxury hotel in Times Square, New York, known for its legendary past and modern luxury aesthetic, offering 300 guestrooms and suites with spectacular views and bespoke furnishings.

Overview of the Role: The Food & Beverage Manager oversees all aspects of F&B outlet operations, ensuring profitability, high-quality products, and service levels. Responsibilities include marketing, staff supervision, guest complaint resolution, collaboration with other managers, reporting, quality monitoring, menu planning, compliance with laws and SOPs, staff training, hiring, tip reporting, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Qualifications: Candidates must communicate effectively with staff and guests, listen and clarify concerns, multitask, maintain high standards of appearance and grooming, attend required meetings, participate in MOD coverage, and maintain confidentiality. They should also be proactive in problem-solving, data evaluation, and implementing solutions, performing other duties as needed, and maintaining a friendly demeanor.
