The stunning Forbes 4-Star Conrad New York is looking for a Senior Food & Beverage Manager to join the F&B Team!

Stay inspired and join the pinnacle of luxury in the heart of Lower Manhattan, featuring 463 rooms, 30,000 square feet of banquet space, and 3 food and beverage outlets, including a restaurant, rooftop bar, and in-room dining.

What will I be doing?

Direct and organize the activities of the Food & Beverage departments to maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, service, and marketing, maximizing profits through outstanding customer service. Plan and direct the administration and planning functions of the department to meet daily operational needs. Implement effective controls of food, beverage, and labor costs. Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards. Interview, train, supervise, counsel, schedule, and evaluate staff.
