We are an inclusive team of unique individuals who show up each day with a grateful spirit, humble heart, and a genuine respect for one another.## ## Manage and coordinate food and beverage activities, including delivering a high-quality product, maintaining established operational standards, and effectively leading the team.## ## **Primary Responsibilities include the following: Other duties may be assigned.*** ## Effectively lead staff to ensure quality service is delivered.* ## Continually follow up to ensure tasks are being completed in a timely manner and to the appropriate standards and that tools and equipment are operating properly.* ## Ensure staff receive proper safety and job skills training through group training, on-the-job training, communication, meetings, etc.* ## Assist in the selection, development, leadership and retention of talented food and beverage staff.* ## Assist in ensuring that financial targets are being met, and appropriate accounting procedures are being followed consistently.* ## Ensure food and beverage staff are providing excellent guest service.* ## Maintain constant communication between departments and keep other departments informed about special programs and events.## **Qualifications:*** ## 2-3 years of management/supervisory experience in a food and beverage role is required* ## Strong verbal and written communication skills* ## Strong attention to detail, planning, and organizational skills* ## Experience supervising others and leading a team* ## Excellent customer skills## Working Conditions: Will often be required to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
