Qualifications

• Must be familiar with different kinds of liquor, recipes and prices of drinks, proper glassware, and garnishes.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to guests with positive relations.
• Resolve guest complaints and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain bar supplies and daily requisitions.
• Know drink recipes, prices and beverage availability.
• Check IDs for potential minors as per guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Mix and serve cocktails and beverages, upsell liquor and food.
• Maintain accurate cash handling and operate MICROS or registers.
• Keep bar area clean and stocked; perform side work pre/post shift.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol awareness guidelines and liquor liability training.
• Work cooperatively with staff to provide guest-focused service.
