The position focuses on coordinating daily restaurant, bar, and banquet operations, leading pre-shift meetings, and ensuring top-tier guest service while managing labor and inventory within company guidelines.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of progressive food and beverage experience, including supervisory or management responsibility.
• Experience across multiple outlets and/or banquet operations preferred.
• College coursework or a degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience considered.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily restaurant, bar, banquet, and minibar operations to ensure consistent service.
• Lead pre-shift meetings; communicate priorities and assist during busy periods.
• Monitor readiness, service execution, staffing, opening/closing procedures, and daily checklists.
• Assist with weekly ordering, inventory counts, par levels, and recordkeeping; report variances.
• Coordinate with culinary and banquet teams on event timelines and service needs.
• Provide day-to-day direction and performance feedback to outlet managers and staff.
