Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive Food & Beverage experience, including supervisory or management responsibility.
• College coursework or a degree in Hospitality Management or Business preferred; equivalent relevant experience considered.
• TABC & Food Handlers Manager certifications required.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day direction, coaching, task assignments, and performance feedback to outlet managers, supervisors, and staff.
• Assist with employee interviews, onboarding, schedules, coverage adjustments, and accurate timekeeping and payroll review.
• Support training on service standards, product knowledge, and banquet procedures; track training completion.
• Foster teamwork and collaboration across outlets and hotel departments.
• Coordinate with departments (Culinary, Sales, Catering, Engineering, Housekeeping) for smooth operations.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and compliance with health requirements.
