Job summary

Six Flags St. Louis in Eureka invites you to join the Food & Beverage team. You will provide friendly guest service, handle daily tasks, and help keep areas clean and stocked while following safety standards.

Qualifications

Minimum age 16+ to apply.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in customer service or guest interactions a plus.
Knowledge of 15-year-old minor labor laws is helpful.

Responsibilities

Create positive interactions with guests and team members.
Educate and train team members on food safety, preparation, quality, and policies.
Complete daily and weekly paperwork.
Provide ongoing training and support to team members.
Manage break plans and ensure compliance with minor labor laws.
Ensure full product availability at all times.
Promote safety awareness and identify hazards.
Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
Enforce park policies, procedures, and grooming guidelines.
Perform daily tasks such as setup, cleaning, restocking, organizing, and nightly cleaning.
Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
Motivate staff to reach department goals.
Train team members for future leadership opportunities.
Communicate with leadership team.
Address guest questions and concerns empathetically.
