Job summary

PENN Entertainment is seeking team members for its Food and Beverage outlets in Biloxi. The role involves serving guests, handling cash, expediting orders, and maintaining cleanliness in Baykery, Buffet, Pho-Boy, and BT Grill.

You will promote top-tier service and ensure compliance with safety and cash handling policies. Qualified applicants have a high school diploma or equivalent, prior food-handling or cashier experience, and will complete ServSafe Alcohol training.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; or related experience and/or training.
• Prior food handling, cashier and/or attendant experience preferred.
• Must successfully complete ServSafe Alcohol training certification.

Responsibilities

• Work in all venues including Baykery, Buffet, Pho-Boy, and BT Grill.
• Operate cash register and account for monies, coupons, and receipts.
• Restock inventory and maintain cleanliness of dining areas.
• Promote and uphold customer service standards and handle guest issues.
• Interact with guests and colleagues in a diplomatic and friendly manner.
