Job Summary
The Marketplace Cashier/Cook is responsible for providing excellent guest service by accurately and efficiently processing guest's food & beverage preparation and purchases.

F&B Supervisor
Essential Functions
- Ensure compliance with applicable Tribal, Federal, and other laws and gaming regulations and Kickapoo Lucky Eagle policies and procedures.
- Provide high standards of guest service by listening and responding effectively to guest and team member concerns and questions.
- Greet guests and efficiently process food and beverage orders and purchases through the Point of Sale (POS) System.
- Maintain accountability and security of their cash drawer.
- Stock and clean workstation/venue to ensure presentable products.
- Ensure proper guest payment collection for food and beverage service.
- Prepare food as needed in quick service kitchens.
- Maintain a professional and tidy appearance at all times.
- Communicate positively and respectfully with internal and external guests.
- Build and maintain knowledge of food & beverage offerings to answer questions accurately.
- Maintain excellent attendance and be available for events and varied schedules.
- Perform other assigned duties and special projects.
- Demonstrate and promote KLECH core values and MAD skills.
- Manage and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Complete all required training satisfactorily.
- Monitor compliance with currency transaction reporting, anti-money laundering policies, and maintain accurate reports as needed.
- Note: Duties may change based on organizational needs.
Minimum Requirements & Qualifications
- High School Diploma, G.E.D., or related food service experience.
- Experience in fast-paced, high-volume dining settings preferred.
- Wine and alcohol knowledge preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages a plus.
Other Criteria
Preference for qualified Kickapoo Traditional Tribe of Texas Members and Native Americans.

Physical Demands

- Lift and/or move up to 50 lbs frequently.
Work Environment
- Casino floor and office settings, often in a smoke-filled environment.
- Varying noise levels, extended hours, and irregular shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Potential exposure to lighting effects and dealing with difficult guests or staff.
Conditions of Employment
- Ability to obtain and maintain a KTTT Gaming License and other required certifications.
- Must be at least 18 years old and have reliable transportation.
- Compliance with all policies, regulations, and training requirements.
