Job summary

Peach Hotel Group is seeking an experienced food and beverage manager in Memphis to lead the department and elevate service quality. You will oversee staff, schedules, budgets, and menu development while ensuring guest satisfaction and consistent operations across the F&B team.

The role requires 3+ years in F&B management, knowledge of health and safety regulations, and a passion for hospitality. A high school diploma is required; hospitality management degrees are preferred.

Qualifications

• National food and health safety regulations knowledge
• Deep knowledge of culinary trends and portion/plating standards
• Customer relationship management experience desired
• High school graduate or equivalent; hospitality management degree preferred
• 3+ years in food and beverage management or supervision

Responsibilities

• Make regular reports on customer satisfaction scores and recommend suggestions for improvement
• Assure product, supplies, and labor costs are sustained and tracked for accuracy
• Implement and monitor operation schedules of food and beverage staff
• Oversee all food and beverage department operations: staff supervision, schedule, customer satisfaction, budget, and menu development
• Supervise current food and beverage staff to ensure high-performance standards and hire and train new staff
