Job summary

Kickapoo Lucky Eagle Casino Hotel is seeking a Marketplace Cashier/Cook to deliver outstanding guest service. You will handle food and beverage orders, process payments, and assist in quick service kitchens while maintaining cash drawer integrity.

The role requires high school education or equivalent, experience in fast-paced environments, and strong English communication; Spanish language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or related food service experience.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume settings preferred.
• Wine/alcohol knowledge preferred.
• Strong English communication; Spanish or other language skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and processes food and beverage orders and purchases via POS system.
• Maintains security of cash drawer and accurate payment collection.
• Prepares food as needed in quick service kitchens.
• Ensures compliance with tribal, federal, and gaming regulations and casino policies.
• Provides excellent guest service and communicates professionally with guests and staff.
• Maintains clean, presentable workstation and professional appearance.
• Able to work varied schedules including events, nights, weekends, holidays.
