Job summary

Kickapoo Lucky Eagle Casino Hotel is seeking a Host/Cashier who will perform a dual role, serving as cashier and hosting guests. Duties include greeting guests, seating, processing payments and maintaining a high standard of guest services on a fast-paced casino floor.

The role requires strong English communication skills, cash handling experience and knowledge of POS systems. Compliance with gaming regulations and company policies is essential, with flexible scheduling across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Gaming industry experience, preferred.
• Experience in cash handling, preferred.
• Experience with guest service, preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English both written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide quick, attentive, friendly and professional service.
• Seat guests in a timely manner and rotate server stations fairly.
• Process all sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Balance cash drawers and prepare bank slips for the next shift.
• Maintain knowledge of menus, promotions and gaming options and communicate them to guests.
• Handle guest issues and escalate to management when needed.
