Job summary

Holiday Inn Club Vacations Incorporated is seeking staff to provide exceptional guest service across quick-service outlets on-property in Orlando. You will handle cash transactions, operate POS systems, and assist with beverage service while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

Training in ServSafe and TIPs will be provided. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, be 18+, and able to communicate clearly in English.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to serve alcohol.
• Must be able to handle cash and process transactions accurately.
• Excellent verbal communication and guest service skills.
• Comfortable using POS computers and inputting orders.

Responsibilities

This position is responsible for providing exceptional guest service while supporting daily operations across multiple quick-service outlets on property. Responsibilities include processing transactions, handling cash and POS systems, preparing coffee and other beverages, assisting with alcoholic beverage service as needed, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

Essential Duties And Tasks

• Performs food-handling and service duties.
• Greets all guests and provides outstanding customer service.
• Will assist guests with cash, room and credit card transactions.
• Answers questions relating to all F&B products.
• Any other tasks that may be assigned.

EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or GED
• Cash-handling experience preferred

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

• Company will provide training in ServSafe and TIPs certification which is required to perform job duties

Qualifications

• Must be minimum of 18 years old to provide alcoholic beverages for guests
• Must have supervisor guest relations skills and the ability to answer guest inquiries
• Must have the ability to be trained on cash handling functions and comfortable using POS computers for inputting transactions
• Must have demonstrated excellent verbal communication skills
• Must have comprehensive menu knowledge with the ability to up-sell items
• Must be able to clearly speak, write and understand the English language
• Must be able to work in a high volume, high demand work environment
