Qualifications

Position SummaryThe bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers while providing excellent customer service. The Bartender takes food orders, drink orders, mixes and garnishes cocktails, maintains a clean and organized bar area, handles cash and card transactions, and ensures guests have an enjoyable experience. Bartenders must follow all alcohol service regulations, verify customer age when required, and monitor responsible consumption. Strong communication skills, knowledge of drink recipes, multitasking abilities, and a friendly attitude are essential for success in this role.Duties & ResponsibilitiesPerform all duties toward the goal of providing excellent guest service in an efficient manner.Follow all policies, procedures and service standards.Offer and serve alcoholic beverages while adhering to established recipes and alcohol policies.Accurately record and enter all food and beverage items in the POS system.Process payments and handle cash or credit card transactions.Produce, garnish and serve beverages promptly to guests; collect and process forms of payment; ensuring guest satisfaction throughout.Maximize sales by using menu knowledge and suggestive selling techniques.Complete all opening, running, and closing assigned side work tasks.Maintain cleanliness service areas.
