Job summary

Silver Reef Casino Resorts is seeking an On-Call Food and Beverage team member to provide service to restaurant guests in a positive and professional manner. You will greet guests, know the menu, and support events with bar setup and light bartending.

Successful candidates bring previous Food and Beverage or POS experience, thrive in a team, and can adapt to a fast-paced casino environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Prior Food and Beverage experience preferred
• Prior POS experience preferred
• Prior experience in a "team" environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests with a friendly welcoming demeanor
• Have excellent menu and Casino Marketing events knowledge
• Refill beverages, deliver and clear dining plates
• Reset and maintain cleanliness of restaurant
• Represent the Silver Reef Casino, Resorts values and standards while on property
• Ability to work within a strong team environment
• Properly follow Casino and state regulations related to alcohol and health code compliance
• Perform any assigned or delegated duties in order to maintain restaurant cleanliness and flow of business
• Gathering, Bar set up and light bartending
• Cash handling, and POS knowledge
• Perform pre-event designated tasks and post-event breakdown
• Follow departmental and Casino cash handling policies and procedures
