Summary

Food & Beverage Attendant

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION: The Food & Beverage Attendant is responsible for creating the overall guest experience, taking and filling food/beverage orders, completing side work, maintaining health code standards, and providing excellent customer service as defined by outlet standards. Pay starts at $15.00/hour.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES: List duties in order of time spent or importance. Essential duties and tasks that must be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.

  • Practices, supports, and maintains the Mission, Vision, and Values of WarHorse Gaming, LLC.
  • Provides prompt, efficient, and friendly quality service to all guests of the casino.
  • Complies with cash-handling procedures.
  • Maintains current and accurate knowledge of all menu items.
  • Reviews with guests all food and beverage items to ensure order accuracy.
  • Learns guests’ preferences and makes recommendations based on those preferences.
  • Cleans and organizes workstations according to department standards and health requirements.
  • Must comply with all department and company rules, regulations, policies, procedures, internal controls, and government rules and regulations.
  • Attends periodic meetings and training sessions.
  • Provides outstanding customer and employee service at all times.
  • Always presents oneself with a neat and clean appearance.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Must be 19 years or older.
  • High school Diploma or education equivalent required.
  • Previous server and customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to interact with mobile devices and touch screen technology.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Travel is not required for this position.

WORK HOURS: Due to the unpredictable nature of the hospitality/entertainment industry, team members must be able to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the property.

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Is this position responsible for selling, serving, or distributing alcoholic beverages or do they have comp authority? Yes
  • Gaming License Required? Ability to secure and maintain NE Gaming License.
  • Other Certifications? Food Handler, ServSafe Certification, TIPS Alcohol Certification
