Anaheim Arena Management, LLC (F&B) is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead daily accounting operations for the Food & Beverage segment across venues at ACC in Anaheim. You will enforce controls, manage AP/AR, and ensure timely financial reporting.

The role requires 5+ years in accounting/finance, multi-entity experience, and mastery of MS Office; Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus. This is a full-time on-site position supporting a growing entertainment district project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• 5+ years of accounting/finance experience
• Experience with multiple legal entities and intercompany activity
• Advanced MS Office skills: Excel, Word, Outlook
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, GAAP, and internal controls
• Proven leadership to supervise and develop staff

Responsabilités

• Manage daily accounting operations for F&B venues
• Document and maintain accounting processes across entities
• Review and approve journal entries with proper support
• Reconcile POS sales and record revenue to GL by category
• Reconcile daily settlements between POS and bank
• Prepare financial recap reports for events and venues
• Assist with intercompany reconciliations and resolve differences
• Support month-end close and year-end deadlines
• Assist with budget monitoring and variance analysis
• Support audits and maintain fiscal records
