This role involves collaboration with Navy personnel to enhance training systems, requiring at least 10 years of naval aviation experience and a strong operational background. The position mandates an active Secret clearance and includes up to 20% travel. Qualifications
Former F/A-18E/F Naval Aviator or Naval Flight Officer with a strong record.
Minimum of 1,000 flight hours in the F/A-18E/F.
10+ years in relevant operational experience.
Strike Fighter Weapons and Tactics Level IV qualification.
Hands-on experience with simulator operations and/or training development.
Responsibilities
Define and manage simulator requirements for new Operational Flight Program.
Collaborate with a team to develop simulator requirements.
Develop test plans and conduct acceptance testing for simulators.
Identify, investigate, and report software discrepancies.
Provide mission planning support for training devices.
