Job summary

AVMAC LLC is seeking a qualified F/A-18 Egress/Environmental Control System (ECS) Mechanic to perform O-Level maintenance on Legacy F/A-18 aircraft. You will inspect ejection seats, canopy systems, and ECS components, ensuring safe operation and mission readiness.

Responsibilities include using IETMs, documenting actions in NALCOMIS OOMA, and adhering to safety and quality standards. Requires 2+ years on F/A-18 and ability to work independently with a secret clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

• 2+ years aviation maintenance experience with 2+ years on F/A-18 aircraft.
• Must complete the F/A-18 ECS System 'C' School.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform O-Level maintenance on Legacy F/A-18 egress and ECS systems per NAMP and manuals.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain ejection seats and canopy systems.
• Document maintenance actions in NALCOMIS OOMA and follow safety procedures.
