Job summary

ASRC Federal Broadleaf is seeking a highly motivated F-35A Deployable Debriefing Facility (DDR) SME to support the HQ Air Combat Command F-35 System Management Office. The role involves site activation, beddown coordination, and providing SME guidance across ACC/A5F, HAF, and AETC.

The candidate should have a Top Secret clearance with SCI and SAP eligibility, extensive CONUS travel, and a track record in USAF program management and staffing for defense systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
• Three (3) years’ experience on USAF MAJCOM or higher Air Force level staff (combination of active duty, Government service, or Contractor) in operations, or working specific program or subject area of the specific A5/8/9 mission area being tasked
• Ten (10) years of relevant experience
• Top Secret clearance, SCI and SAP-eligible, Rated
• Travel: Requires extensive travel within the Contiguous United States (CONUS) and occasionally Outside the Contiguous United States (OCONUS).

Responsibilities

• Assist HQ ACC in the management, execution, planning, programming, and staffing actions associated with the JSF program.
• Identify USAF F-35A site activation and beddown requirements, and coordinate beddown of F-35A aircraft to support USAF training, test, and operational squadron requirements.
• Provide program continuity, technical and analytical assistance in the preparation and presentation of background papers, briefings, GO correspondence, and RFIs on F-35A program issues.
• Manage and prepare budgets and briefings used during the POM cycle.
• Provide SME and represent HQ ACC/A5F on USAF F-35A, Site Surveys, SATAF, and PPLAN activities.
• Develop and prepare resource documentation and databases to support USAF F-35A program execution (ironflow, flying hour requirements, system requirements, procurement requests).
• Assist in tracking and analyzing trends, user requirements, and other key issues and develop documentation to support F-35A site activation requirements.
• Represent HQ ACC and liaise with HAF, HQ AETC, CAF elements on basing and beddown of the F-35.
