ACT1 Federal is seeking an F-35 Supply Chain Management Analyst in Arlington, VA, to support the JPO's sustainment processes. The role requires a Secret clearance and is on-site, FT schedule, with responsibilities spanning site readiness, activation planning, GAM requirements, and SCM risk mitigation.

Responsibilities include coordinating with JPO, contractors, and warfighters, contributing to design reviews, and ensuring program planning captures best-value solutions.

• DAU Life Cycle Logistics certifications.

Responsibilities

• Integrate JPO, contractor and warfighter Sustainment Supply site activation planning and execution.
• Identify country-unique GAM requirements.
• Provide recommended GR&A inputs to SATAFs, SRRs and IOCSRs.
• Identify country-unique requirements and assess impacts to JPO 'best value' solutions.
• Participate in supply-related facility design reviews to meet FRD requirements.
• Identify SCM dependencies and help develop actionable and corrective action plans.
• Join program and warfighter meetings to discuss SCM concerns and risk mitigation strategies.

Description : ACT1 Federal is looking for an individual to provide sustainment supply chain expertise to support the F-35 Joint Program Office’s (JPO) Introduction to Service processes.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluating and report on Sustainment Supply site preparedness to support F-35 First Aircraft Arrival (FAA) and Initial Operating Capability (IOC) requirements at current and future F-35 sites
• Integrating JPO, contractor and warfighter Sustainment Supply site activation planning and execution.
• Identifying country unique Global Asset Management (GAM) requirements
• Providing recommended Ground Rules and Assumptions (GR&A) inputs to Sustainment Supply Site Activation Task Forces (SATAFs), Sustainment Readiness Reviews (SRRs} and Initial Operating Capability Supportability Reviews (IOCSRs)
• Identifying country unique requirements, assess impacts to JPO “best value” solutions and ensure capture in program planning documents.
• Participating in supply related facility design reviews to ensure plans meet Facility Requirements Document (FRD} requirements
• Identifying SCM dependencies and assist in developing actionable plans and corrective action plans
• Participating in various program and warfighter level meetings to discuss SCM concerns and assist in risk‑mitigation development and strategies
