Qualifications

• Experience in aircraft maintenance for F-35 structures and electrical maintenance systems.
• Instructional/classroom training experience delivering maintenance training for F-35.
• Proven ability to design and deliver training programs, both classroom and practical, covering technical knowledge of F-35 structures.
• Strong knowledge of aviation manufacturing and sub assembly processes, including reading aircraft blueprints and electronic work instructions; drill, ream, countersink; safety cable installation; fastener torque specifications; Eddie bolt lock, bonded nut plate, and shim installation; foreign object damage prevention.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training for F-35 structures and aircraft electrical maintenance to staff and field personnel.
• Develop training criteria, evaluate effectiveness, and continuously improve programs.
• Perform data analysis, gather information for new training, and maintain up-to-date materials and aids.
• Collaborate with SMEs to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
• Update lesson plans to reflect technical changes and new requirements.
• Provide classroom instruction and hands-on lab sessions to instill discipline.
