Job summary

Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems is hiring a Flight Instructor Manager to lead the Flight Instructors and support NAS Lemoore training operations. The role involves academic instruction using EML/ICW, flight procedures in Pilot Training Devices, and using Full Mission Simulators to provide realistic training experiences.

The candidate will act as SME for courseware updates and collaborate with colleagues to achieve F-35 training objectives in alignment with LM initiatives and policies.

Qualifications

• Active secret clearance required or in Continuous Evaluation.
• Minimum 1,000 hours fighter flight time in 4th/5th generation multi-role fighters.
• Former Instructor Pilot (IP) experience is required.
• Experience delivering military pilot academics and simulator training.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Flight Instructors and coordinate with Training Operations.
• Provide academic instruction using EML/ICW and instruct procedures in Pilot Training Devices.
• Utilize Full Mission Simulators and Instructor Operating Stations to deliver training.
• Serve as SME for pilot training courseware updates and support training objectives.
