Job summary

Credence Management Solutions, LLC seeks an Enterprise Administration Operations Management Analyst at the journeyman level to support the AFLCMC/WJ Directorate at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. Qualifications

• Active/Current secret security clearance is required.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related field with 3+ years DoD/DoW experience OR 7 years directly related experience with proper certifications.

Responsibilities

• Interact with base facilities and other agencies to ensure uninterrupted day-to-day operations.
• Serve as Operations Management point of contact and identify problem areas using trend data.
• Inform senior management of progress and advise on developments impacting the mission.
• Provide instructions and training on staff package submission and tracking in SharePoint and SOCCER systems.
• Track OM suspense items, eSSS, staff packages, operating instructions, and awards.
• Ensure completion of OM related items within required timeframes.
• Perform self-inspections and provide detailed reports with corrective actions.
• Advise on policy/procedure revisions to improve quality and efficiency.
• Maintain relationships with base organizations and senior leadership.
