Credence Management Solutions, LLC is seeking a Program Analyst to support the F-35 Joint Program Office at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, OH. The role focuses on statistical analysis, performance metrics, and data-driven decision support for government programs and leadership.

Responsibilities include developing targets, maintaining metrics, and preparing briefings to support acquisition sustainment reviews and congressional inquiries.

Qualifications

• Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Advanced degree with substantial relevant experience specified by the role.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement performance measures and targets.
• Maintain and create metrics across business areas.
• Review and update business rules for metrics.
• Develop data sources and formats for metric analysis.
• Support Acquisition Sustainment Reviews and congressional inquiries.
• Prepare briefings and coordinate action recommendations.
• Track and coordinate TMT suspenses and PEG actions.
• Produce reports and graphs using standard USAF tools.
