ACT1 Federal LLC seeks a highly experienced F-35 Interoperability Analyst to act as the IO SME for the JPO, focusing on documenting external IO design, DoD standards compliance, and NR KPP/JITC certification. The role requires overseeing IO-related risk management and coordinating across services and partner nations.

The position emphasizes DoD acquisition processes, IO messaging expertise, and leadership in preparing certification materials and status reporting for senior reviews.

Qualifications

• 10 years of systems-to-systems level interface analysis in a DoD context.
• Experience processing DoD IO certification documentation for JITC/J6/J8.
• Knowledge of NR KPP and IO certification processes.
• Technical understanding of joint/coalition IO messaging.

Responsabilités

• Document planned external IO design in DoD CIO views and NR KPP/JR KPP context.
• Coordinate external IO design compliance and IO certification activities.
• Develop and maintain the F-35 IO Support Plan (ISP) and reporting updates.
• Track Joint IO Certification activities and service-level testing per JCIDS guidance.
• Review IO requirements inputs for PSCNs and IO certification needs.
• Provide IO justification for Interim Authority To Operate (IATO) approvals/extensions.
• Coordinate CONOPs for IO-related certification across services/partners.
• Maintain IO risk management and status updates to AR/DR repositories.
• Contribute IO inputs to quarterly DAES and planning documents.
