Job summary

Valiant Integrated Services seeks a seasoned F-22A Instructor Pilot to support the PACAF Simulator Instructor contract at JB Elmendorf-Richardson, AK. The role focuses on instructing RAP/DMO/LSB mission events, creating realistic training scenarios, and guiding aircrews through simulator-based instruction.

Applicants must meet strict flight-hour requirements, demonstrate current tactics, and be physically qualified to operate instructor devices.

Qualifications

• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English; basic Microsoft Office skills.
• Operational flight experience within 3 years as an instructor on the applicable system or similar aircraft simulator duties within 3 years.
• Minimum of 1000 hours in fighter aircraft with 500 hours in the F-22 or 200 instructor hours in any fighter (K Prefix).
• Must be able to perform AF Form 8 Certified Instructor duties in weapon system MTC using current tactics and employment standards.
• Must maintain ground training currency (IRC, CRM, etc.) and be physically qualified to perform these duties.

Responsibilities

• Instruct simulator RAP, DMO, LSB and Distributed Live Control events and aircrew upgrade training.
• Develop realistic scenarios to support RAP/DMO/LSB training and distributed live control events.
• Maintain daily utilization logs and report progress to the training officer.
• Operate MTC/UTD/WASP/WTT consoles for Air Force and Joint exercises.
• Serve as event manager for battlefield tactical exercises and distributed events.
