Job summary

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Experienced F-22 Aircraft Mechanic at JBER, AK. You will perform maintenance, repair, and sustainment upgrades on F-22 systems and structures, using technical orders, blueprints, and drawings to service electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and engine subsystems.

Responsibilities include maintaining and repairing coatings, flight controls, engines, hydraulics, and related components, and applying engineering knowledge to diagnose and fix

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience with F-22 Low Observable Coatings
• Experience with Low Observable processes
• Thorough knowledge of aircraft mechanical component troubleshooting, repair procedures and parts replacement

Responsibilities

• Maintains, repairs, and modifies aircraft coating and associated equipment of varying difficulty
• Maintains and repairs aircraft components including flight controls, engines, hydraulics, pneumatics, fuel systems, and mechanical components
• Applies comprehensive technical expertise to solve moderate to complex problems by interpreting blueprints or manufacturers' manuals
• Will be using system theory to troubleshoot various systems
• Working knowledge of technical publications
