V2X Inc is seeking an experienced avionics technician in Maryland to perform maintenance on F/A-18 aircraft systems. You will troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate avionics components using advanced test equipment while documenting work in CAMS and maintenance records.

The role requires four years of recent experience in avionics repair and completion of F/A-18 avionics courses, with ability to obtain a DoD secret clearance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of specialized avionics courses for the F/A-18.

Responsabilités

• Perform operational checks and troubleshoot faults on F/A-18 avionics systems.
• Calibrate and repair system components per schematics and manuals.
• Annotate maintenance actions in aircraft records and CAMS.
• Follow COMNAVAIRFORINST 4790.2 and NAMP/NALCOMIS guidance.
• Operate and interpret standard test equipment while maintaining safety.
